I booked a room with an exceptionally comfortable bed, a balcony and coffee. I enjoyed the location in a marvellous setting in a lively pub. There was café Coaster Coffee, that I found within 5 minutes' walk of the hotel.

Nice and absolutely perfect location just off the opposite direction…right by the harbour, beach, bars and restaurants and another pub, could not be better. Amazing breakfast selection for all tastes with copious amounts of toast and fresh fish.

The room was well decorated and well-equipped with a bath, it was a fantastic value for money. This location was excellent, next to the coast in a quieter end of the beach which was lovely, the harbour and the seafront across to Butlins and a lovely old pub where the staff are really friendly and helpful.
The room had unpleasant views.
